We are the robots...and we crawl your website looking for metadata. If you don't have it, we won't put you in our search results...so get with it! Make sure you're doing everything you can to get the word out that your site is online...
In this final installment of our "Websites that Don't Suck" series, we chat about robots.txt files, metadata, search engine submission, google site map, paid advertising, and tagging on Technorati and Delicious. We also spend a few minutes talking about 'real life' advertising for your site in print media and word of mouth.
But, before we get to all that good stuff, we chat about the fine tuning of the universe and how not to let your designer control the future of your website.
In this week in geek, MF yaps about Baseball players using video iPods, Kids and their technology bubble, CD ROM lifespans and of course, once again, we make fun of the Wii.
So, kick back, grab a slice of cold pizza and a Mountain Dew and listen to Episode #8 of Websites that Don't Suck!
