5. How did you get involved?  How long have you served?
6. Mal's call:  Not mature enough. (forty five years of ministry)
7. Tom Raley:  Involved the second year of Young Life. (fifty seven years of ministry).
8. Charlie Scott: Wanted to be president of club.  (forty five years of ministry).
9. Chuck Reinhold: The legacy of Bob Scott. (thirty eight years of ministry).
10. Tom Raley wanted to play basketball.

12. Why did you become a Young Life leader?  Mal McSwain.

15. What keeps you excited fresh and spiritually charged? Chuck Reinhold.

17. Charlie Scott: The blessing of our wives.
18. Mal McSwain:  Hard to talk about us, and not include our wives.
19. What encouragement would you offer our staff for longevity in ministry?
20. Chuck Reinhold:  Our relationship with Christ is much more important than what we do.  Going the second mile.
21. Tom Raley:  Living with Christ one day at a time, and the non negotiables.  Read a good book with someone who is smarter than you are.  Longevity is a natural call, not a goal.
22. Charlie Scott:  Families that love Young Life. Taking care of our families.
23. Chuck Reinhold:  Other works and the body of Christ.
24. Mal McSwain:  Having a group around us to pray, ask questions, hold you accountable, and loving Wanda and I as a team. (Pray for mentors)
25. Chuck Reinhold:  Thanks Tom and Mal for their impact.
